Summer Leadership Program
In addition to our hands-on internship opportunities, TJT offers a Summer Leadership Program. Designed for college students interested in a public accounting career, TJT’s Summer Leadership Program is an experiential program focused on leadership, team-building and personal development. Additionally, our program allows students to experience the industry beyond the classroom. Internship Experience
At TJT, our interns are given public accounting experience very similar to that of first year tax and audit associates. TJT’s internship programs are designed to give students an opportunity to explore potential career paths at TJT. Currently, TJT offers part-time and full-time tax internships in all four TJT office locations and full-time audit internships in our Raleigh and Durham office locations. Our internships begin in January and conclude in mid-April so that students can gain experience to the industry during our busiest time of year. We are currently accepting applications for Spring 2027 internship positions.
Schools We Visit
TJT offers a variety of internship and engagement opportunities to college accounting students. We participate in the campus recruiting process and annual Meet-the-Firms events for many North Carolina collegiate institutions including: NCSU, UNCW, ECU, UNC, App State, and Meredith.
