What makes Thomas, Judy & Tucker special?
That’s easy – it’s the people. TJT has created a team environment. Everyone plays an important role in getting the job done. From partners, to managers, to staff, everyone is an asset to the Company. The open door policy reaches every level, and thus I feel comfortable walking into any office to ask a question and I know I will walk out with either an answer or guidance on finding the answer.
TJT does not just preach work/life balance, they practice it. The partners know family is important and set schedules accordingly and encourage associates to prioritize with that guiding value. Expectations, while high, are also realistic. The values on which this accounting firm was founded continue to determine policy, as well as daily operations. While a demanding job requiring hard work, dedication, skill, and accuracy, it is an absolute pleasure to go to and be at work. The Company works hard to show appreciation and acknowledge success. In all ways, from celebratory lunches to a simple pat on the back and “job well done,” no good effort or hard work goes unnoticed.
It is a blessing to go to a job where you love what you do. A large part of work in an accounting firm is done in team work; therefore, mutual respect, common values and comradery amongst the people you work with makes everyday fun and enjoyable. This company is well-respected in the professional community and civic community. I am proud to a part of Thomas, Judy and Tucker.
